They are always fast to reply to emails and orders and I always get the right count from them!! I enjoy working with Diane and Lorna a great deal, the other ladies are great too, but I work with them most! :) Thank you Beyond Elegance for all of your beyond service! One time I ordered grey sashes and they came to me a little more faded then I hoped and they worked very quickly to get me a new set and if I remember correctly they even came in on their day off to resolve the situation!
