Every employee we talked to at Buy Buy Baby was extremely friendly and easy to work with. They set up delivery to our home for free with the new crib, and although the whole delivery process was nothing short of a nightmare (due to no fault of BBB), all the employees went above and beyond on their end and ensured they made the situation right for us!
