  Very unpleasant experience at this store today. Went in with my teenage daughter to attempt to return some shorts that I bought her - with the tags still attached - in hopes of getting -- at the minimum -- in store credit - but instead just a rude explanation of the fact that "there policy is NO RETURNS WITHOUT THE RECEIPT!" No explanation of why that policy - just that it - and has been their policy since a certain time. Great - that was helpful. Actually - it was in the fact that it provided my daughter a good example of BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thanks for the lesson and highly doubt we ever step foot in that store again.
