Just a little while ago I went in to buy a PS3, when I got home and plugged it in it didn't turn on. So I called the store and was told to come back. When I got back they were apologetic and got me a system. Since they didn't have the same system they got the next one up and discounted it down. I saved $40 on the system. Overall I'm very happy with the service they have provided.
