  This store only gets a 2 star rating because their Customer Experience Manager stepped up and tried to make the moment right. I had never been to this store before. Came in, did my shopping, found filthy conditions in the dairy cooler (where gallons of milk are sold from. Corrosion, buildup of mold and pink slimy residue, and sheets of FRP, a solid foodservice wallcovering being used to conceal the corrosion on shelves in the same department. FRP floating on a surface encourages bacterial growth especially in a moist environment like a dairy cooler. These conditions are unacceptable and pose a risk to public health. They had a manager named Tamara herding people from one register to another like cattle. If you want to herd cattle, might I encourage you to apply for a job at one of many farms throughout the state, in sure they'd love to utilize your skills. I don't take well to being herded, as I am not a cow, nor any other variety of farm animal for that matter! I won't return to this location due to the unsanitary conditions. Manager Kitty did listen when I told her I did not appreciate the herding behavior, and she seemed to take it to heart. Hopefully she does something to change that, as for the filthy dairy cooler conditions, that will be going directly to Hy-Vee corporate.
