  The staff were courteous and professional. They didn't try to push or upset me but respected the budget I came in with and communicated to them. Unfortunately, I have had the bracelet back into the shop twice in the first three months of owning it. Since I purchased the extended warranty it doesn't cost me anything financially but it does cost in frustration and time. Overall, a pleasant buying experience but a disappointing owning experience so far.
