  Staff stands around talking to each other instead of helping their customers. We have been to the Jordan Creek store more often than the other one because we shop at Jordan creek but we will never go back to the Sephora at Jordan Creek. The staff is lazy, unprofessional, rude and Katie the manager just said sorry. I was in the store for 45 minutes and not one person offered to help me. Sephora you don't want money maybe I should start shopping at ULTA instead. My 16 year old has been spending a lot of money in your store and I have been spending more because of her and my 8 year old ( who dances). I called your customer service and didn't even get a call back. ULTA can thank you for our money.
