  This was my first visit to a corporate store. I wasn't use to the check in style or redundancy of efforts. I reserved a phone online so I had an appointment though it was an even longer wait till the scanning of the phone and reservation appeared in their system. Dealt with a new employee who was very friendly. It did not seem like an overall easy experience compared to all the other times I have visited the Sprint store in the mall. I only went to this corporate store to avoid the $30 activation fee. I still love Sprint in general.

  Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Sat here for an hour only for them to tell me they couldn't help me in 30 seconds. 2 hours of waiting later and I'm still here. I've been eavesdropping and it is stunning to hear how poorly they can resolve ANY issue. Whether it's not honoring deals that are online or lying about initial prices of phones then tacking on an extra 200 dollars just before the sale is made forcing the customer to leave empty handed after an unbelievable HOUR of picking out the phone. How do you stall a customer for an hour?? Other people are waiting! Absolutely horrendous experience here. - I'm only a customer because my father uses this company. Now saving up to switch to any other carrier. Im surprised they have even 2 star rating here. Zero stars.
