  My experience with Weddings by Design has been great! One thing I noticed when I started looking for my wedding dress is that many shops don't appreciate drop ins. I can understand why as trying on gowns requires the help of a sales clerk, but on a few occasions I stopped in other shops just as I was passing by to take a peak, not necessarily try any dresses on. In the other shops I would walk in the door simply stating that I was just browsing at the moment and wanted to see if it was worth making an appointment with my sister and mom to come back. I was often met eye rolling and snotty remarks, with an overall feeling that I was simply wasting their time since I wasn't ready to try on a dress.. This was disappointing and surprising to me. My mom and I were passing by Weddings By Design one day and thought we might pop in. I warned my mom that most shops don't appreciate that, but we proceeded anyway. Upon entering the store, we were greeted with open arms! Melissa's cousin (I can't think of her name at the moment) was wonderful! It was so refreshing and immediately made me feel comfortable. I ended up purchasing my dress, tuxedos, bridesmaid dresses and mother of the bride dress at Weddings By Design. In short, despite the fact that I was a "walk in" customer, I had thousands of dollars to be spent and no other shop in town deserved my money more that Weddings By Design. Thank you!
