  Steve M. did an outstanding job and helped me in a completely different department. Steve has great customer service skills and is willing to go out of his way to help customers. The prices were great as well!

  Checkout a joke Found a few good deals and headed for the checkout. Checkout #1 was taking FOREVER! Decided to try different checkout. After waiting 15 minutes and watching a cashier struggle with a gift card we decided to try checkout #3. This checkout had a long line so we finanly went to the shoe department for help. Finally got some service! No waiting and the clerk was very helpful. There has got to be a better way to run your checkouts. This store wasn't even that busy. Maybe now we know why..

  I don't ever complain about places but this really made me upset. My mom wore a jacket that had one of those sensors that is connected to the jacket. Right when we entered the store the sensor alarm went off. We tried getting help at the closest checkout area but they were busy which is of course no big deal so we went over to the women's dresses and asked nicely for my mom to have her sensors cut off. I told them the situation and they looked at us like we were thieves! Kept asking for a receipt and wouldn't give us an scissors so we could cut off the sensor. It is so obvious that the jacket has been worn numerous times. They looked at my mother and I with disgust. I've never been treated like that in my entire life until these two older women spoke to us like that. They were arguing with us going back and forth. I'm sure if we were white they would cater to us. Shame on those two.
